Data protection policy

In order to use some of the services, users must first provide the companies with certain personal details (hereinafter, “personal data”). The companies of GRUPO JULIÀ shall process this data automatically for the purposes and under the terms defined in their Personal Data Protection Policy, defined herein. The data shall be entered into a file called clients and registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, as stipulated by Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPD) 15 of 13 December 1999.

The purpose of this file is administrative accounts and fiscal management, with advertising and marketing and client and supplier e-commerce. The owners of the data and users of the websites and portals of the group’s companies and those determined in the legal notice thereby expressly consent to the processing of their personal data in this area and to the commercial actions of the Julià group, including transfers established by law and indicated in this privacy policy, in the context of the companies of the Julià group (Julià Tours SA, Julià Travel SA, Central de viajes SA, Autocares Julià SL, Autocares Nadal SA, Campanevado SL, Euroways SL, UTE Julià Travel SA, Trap SA, Marfina bus SA).

The companies have adopted the levels of security for the protection of personal data legally required by the LOPD and the regulations that develop this law, and makes every effort to install other additional means and technical measures of protection.

In order to correctly provide the services accessible to them, users of the website must truthfully complete the required fields in the registration forms. Entering untrue or false data shall render null and void the general contracting conditions in purchasing processes and the services of work with us and queries.

The personal data included shall not be transferred to third parties and shall remain within the companies of the Julià group. The data shall be transferred to the public bodies established by law and to those judicial bodies that legally require them to be transferred.

Exercise of the rights to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition shall take place in accordance with the provisions of the LOPD and of the regulations that develop this law, with official identification by the owner of the data and in accordance with the processes established by both regulations. The company Autocares Nadal SA, with registered address in Andorra at Avda. Tarragona 44 – 46, Andorra la Vella, AD500, is subject to the application of Law 15 of 18 December 2003, qualifying the protection of personal data and which also included the provisions of EC directive 95/46 on the protection of personal data for application in the Principality of Andorra.

These files are registered with the Andorran data protection agency with the purpose of managing clients and suppliers. To this end, you give your consent on entering this area of Andorra to process your data for the aforementioned purposes.

Exercising of the rights of access, cancellation, rectification and opposition must be carried out at the above-mentioned address, in accordance with the provisions of said law 15/2003, in the time limits established therein.
